1. Please select registration for either Swim or Dive.
2. Senior Parents - please be sure you select senior fee in the merchandise section.
3. Attention Swimmers - required this season (board, fins and bag)
   1. Optional: Personalized Swim Caps
4. The merchandise section of the registration will allow you to confirm sizing for included items
5. All registration fees will be processed online

SIGN-UP for pre-season conditioning: Complete this google form, and bring a copy of this WAIVER and your payment (Checks made payable to either Coach Smith (dive) or Coach Richmond (swim) on your first day of conditioning.
