Please see a message from Katie below in case you are having trouble locating that email request with directions for completing the ImPACT test.

Message from Katie re: Concussion Impact Testing

I sent out 52 emails. In the attached word document is the names of the girls and the email that the test was sent to. If they have trouble locating the test the best thing is to let them know which email it was sent to as well as that the sender of the email is "support" and the subject line reads "you have been assigned an ImPACT test" let me know if there are other questions. I will be happy to answer them!

This ImPACT test must be completed ASAP. Thank you for your attention to this request.
