Hi Swim & Dive Athletes & Parents!

We have scheduled ImageTek to take individual pictures of the Swim & Dive Team, which they will then consolidate into no-contact team pictures for each of our teams, Varsity Swim, JV Swim and Dive. These will be available for purchase using the form attached below. Athletes, even if you do not wish to purchase pictures, PLEASE still have your picture taken – we want everyone to be included in the team picture!!

Pictures will be taken on Wednesday, February 3. This will be the ONLY date for pictures, so please make sure to attend and please STRICTLY follow the process described below. You will be assigned a time to come for pictures based upon your team placement. That schedule will be communicated in the next day or two.

Process:

• Photos will be taken in the lobby area at the pool entrance.
• Before entering, please look through the door to make sure there is no other athlete in the lobby area. If there is an athlete in the lobby area, please wait outside the doors (with 6 feet of spacing) until the athlete has exited the lobby. If there is a line to enter, please wait in your car until there are only a couple of people in line.
• There will be a photographer in the lobby who will be wearing a mask at all times and will keep at least 6 feet of distance from the athletes.
• Please wear your team swimsuit.
• Wear a mask at all times during the photos, except the photographer will ask you to remove it very briefly while taking your picture.
• SENIORS: Please wear your team t-shirt and jeans over your team swimsuit - the photographer will take one picture in your team t-shirt and jeans and one in your swimsuit.
• Pictures that are ordered will be available in a few weeks (before the end of the season).

Even if you do not plan to purchase pictures, please fill out the bottom portion of the form with your name and what team you are on. Also, if you are a SENIOR, please add that to the form. The photographer will have extra forms, but the process will move much faster if forms are completed prior to arrival!
