Hi Swim & Dive Athletes & Parents!

ImageTek is taking individual pictures TOMORROW, which they will then consolidate into no-contact team pictures for each of our teams, Varsity Swim, JV Swim and Dive. These will be available for purchase using the form attached below. 

Athletes, even if you do not wish to purchase pictures, PLEASE still have your picture taken – we want everyone to be included in the team picture!!  Please, wear your team suit!  Most suits are in, so if you do not yet have yours, please pick it up from Mrs. Moritz at the school.  If you do not have a suit, please wear a suit from a prior year or, if you don't have that, please wear a black suit or a black shirt and black shorts or pants.

SCHEDULE:

• Varsity lanes 1-6 and athletes in the Black Cohort (last names A-K) in lanes 7-11: If you do not have an 8th period class, please arrive by 3:15 for pictures. Other athletes in this group arrive ASAP after school and take your picture on your way into practice.
• Varsity lanes 7-11 that are in the Gold Cohort (last names L-Z): Please arrive by 4:30 for pictures. It is very important that you are not late! All Varsity pictures must be complete before the divers may take their pictures.
• Dive: Please arrive by 5:00 for pictures.
• JV Swimmers who Drive: Please arrive by 6:00 for pictures. You may need to wait in your car until the Varsity group finishes at 6:40 and leaves the pool area.
• JV Swimmers who do not Drive: Please arrive by 6:30 for pictures and then enter the pool area to wait in the bleachers for practice to begin.

Please be cognizant of pool capacity and do not enter the pool area if 50 athletes are already in the pool area. 

This will be the ONLY date for pictures, so please make sure to attend and please STRICTLY follow the process described below. 

Process:

• Photos will be taken in the lobby area at the pool entrance.
• Before entering, please look through the door to make sure there is no other athlete in the lobby area. If there is an athlete in the lobby area, please wait outside the doors (with 6 feet of spacing) until the athlete has exited the lobby. If there is a line to enter, please wait in your car until there are only a couple of people in line.
• There will be a photographer in the lobby who will be wearing a mask at all times and will keep at least 6 feet of distance from the athletes.
• Wear a mask at all times during the photos, except the photographer will ask you to remove it very briefly while taking your picture.
• SENIORS: Please wear your team t-shirt and jeans over your team swimsuit - the photographer will take one picture in your team t-shirt and jeans and one in your swimsuit.

Even if you do not plan to purchase pictures, please fill out the bottom portion of the form with your name and what team you are on. Also, if you are a SENIOR, please add that to the form. The photographer will have extra forms, but the process will move much faster if forms are completed prior to arrival!
