 3 Swim & Dive Meets This Week

Thursday, January 6

AHS JV swimming and varsity diving will travel to Overland High School at the Utah Park Pool (across the street from Overland high school.)

Thursday, Jan 6, 2022- Arapahoe Varsity Swimming will compete in a swimming only meet with St. Mary’s and Englewood high school.

Saturday, Jan 8, 2022- Swim only - select Arapahoe varsity and JV swimmers will compete in the Grandview Invite. All non participating varsity swimmers will have a Saturday, morning practice from 8-10:30 am.

As of Monday, January 3rd (includes weekends)

  • B league - number of days - 26 days to swim & dive Centennial league “B” league meet.
  • Centennial “A” league - number of days - 33 swim prelims/34 days to dive prelims & finals
  • State prelims & finals -number of days left till state - 43 days swim prelims / 44 days to diving

Team Photos are schedule for Wednesday Jan 5th at the Pool. Girls should wear their swim suits. Any athletes with no lessons during 8th period may have their individual picture taken during that time. Please let Richmond know if you plan on attending early. Schedule for all other pictures:

Covid Testing (LPS Update)

As we prepare to return from Winter Break, the SalivaDirectTM COVID testing site will be open on Thursday, December 30 from 7:00am-3:00pm and Friday, December 31 from 7:00-11:00am.

The test site is located at 190 East Littleton Blvd. Littleton, CO 80120.

The SalivaDirectTM COVID testing is available for all LPS staff and students at no cost.

Parents must accompany any student under the age of 18, no siblings please.

Please be aware of the following:

The individual being tested should not drink water 10 minutes prior to collection.

Other drinks, food, nasal sprays, chewing gum/ tobacco should not be consumed for 30 minutes before sample collection. In addition, no smoking 30 minutes prior to collection.

Test results will be emailed directly to the individual being tested.
