• 5:00 PM – Start
• Sign-up here for meet jobs! We need everyone to help!
• Meet lineup will be posted by Tuesday, March 28
• Let Richmond know by Wednesday morning if you cannot attend this meet
  
  

Update to Friday/Saturday – March 31/April 1

• Arapahoe will NOT attend the Grand Trail Invite
• Plan to attend practice Friday and Saturday

SPRING BREAK Practice Schedule

• Mon, March 27 – Tues, March 28 – Optional Practice – Run by Coach Greg
  8:00 AM – 10:15 AM – Please attend if you are in town!
• Wednesday, Friday, Saturday – Practice 8:00 AM – 10:15 AM
• Thursday, March 30 – 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
  Light low heart rate practice, starts and turns work – approximately 3000 yards
• Thursday, March 30 Evening 5:00-7:00PM Arapahoe vs Overland @ AHS
• If you are on Vacation here is your recommended workout schedule
• ATTENDANCE: Coaches need a note excusing swimmers by Thursday, March 24^th if they are not planning to attend the home meet vs. Overland on the 30th.

• **Your coaching staff and the captains consider it important that swimmers attend at least three of the planned workouts the week of spring break.
  

Tech Suits

Richmond is strongly encouraging any A League or B League qualifier to get a tech suit. There will be a handful of lightly used tech suits for those who wish to use them. Information from Swim N Things is below.

This link shows availability at the factory for TYR and Arena as of today.

Tech Suits are also available at Swim N Things.
If the suit is not in stock, it usually takes between 10 days to 2 weeks to receive.

Swim N Things only stock Arena and Speedo tech Suits, so orders from TYR will need to be shipped.

Volunteering Update
We hope each family will take the opportunity to volunteer at least twice this season, one meet and one non-meet event.
