Hello Swim & Dive Athletes & Families,

Welcome to another week! We have team feeds, meets, and team pictures coming up in the next two weeks. Be sure to read through—there is a lot of important information this week.

Heart of the Warrior Scholarship: Seniors—our booster club offers a $500 scholarship to one deserving senior who has the “Heart of a Warrior.” Learn more here. Senior applicants must submit the following to Kim Gayeski by April 19th so the board has time to review the submissions:

  • Letter of Recommendation from at least one teacher at AHS
  • A statement from the athlete applying for HOW stating:
    • “What it means to be a Warrior” to that swimmer/diver personally
    • How he has demonstrated leadership as an athlete and student to the team, coaches, and parents
    • How he has contributed to or has improved the culture of their AHS team

Team Feeds: We still need one team feed hosted (ideally by 11th grade parents) or sign up to assist parents in hosting. Sign Up Here!

Spring Break Practice Schedule: The website is regularly updated with the practice schedule if you ever have questions. There will be no practice on Monday (3/25) or Tuesday (3/26) of Spring Break. Practice will resume the remainder of the week from Wednesday through Saturday (3/27 – 3/30) from 8:30 – 10:45am.
