Greetings AWSDT!

As we approach the end of what feels like a successful first week of the swimming & diving season I wanted to reach out on a few topics:

1- We have a number of athletes whose district registration is showing as "Pending" in RSchools.  I have very limited access to what may be causing the individual hold ups, but I've been advised that it is most frequently tied to the required physical.  It is common that the physical form is unsigned at the bottom or missing necessary information on the top.  I have listed athletes who are showing as "Pending" at the bottom of this message.  Please log into your Rschools account and update as necessary.  Thank you for your attention to this vital matter and sorry for the hassle!

2- BOWLING!!! This Sunday for all Divers, Varsity & JV Swimmers!  Arapahoe Bowling Center at 1:30pm... come out and get your bowl on!!!  This is a great way to relax with friends and teammates as you head into a week off of school for Thanksgiving break!

3- Many of you have, but if you know of Thanksgiving week practice conflicts, let your coaches know ASAP!  Remember that our first dual meet is against *herry *reek the Tuesday after Thanksgiving break!

4- Varsity Swimmers - we will be using the following gear regularly at practice and it is most helpful if you have your own.  If the cost of the gear is prohibitive for you, reach out to me and we'll figure something out!

* short blade fins  - Preferred

* hand paddles with holes - Preferred

* front mount snorkel - Preferred

* kick board - Preferred

* pull buoy - Preferred
