Greetings AHS Varsity Girls Swim Team!

The Entry Report and Relay Report for this weekend's Coaches Invite are attached!

The bus for Coaches Invite will load at 5:45am on Saturday in front of the pool. Be on time!  Reach out to a teammate to exchange wake-up calls!  There will be a return bus at the end of the day!

This Friday, Varsity practice is moving to 2:00 - 3:30pm.  It will be a light work-out in preparation for Coaches Invite.

On Saturday, swimmers who are not competing at Coaches Invite should join Coach Jerry and Coach Chris for practice and breakfast from 8:00 - 9:45am.

Congratulations to the team for filling the first bead jar of the season.  The reward will be a relaxation and visualization session at the start of Thursday's practice.
