AWSDT Fundraising Efforts
Dear AWSDT,
We are excited to announce a capital fundraising campaign for the Arapahoe High School Swimming & Diving Teams! To ensure that we continue to host successful swim meets, and to provide the best competitive environment for our student/athletes, we need your help with some urgent facility upgrades.
Immediate Improvements Needed:
The Littleton Public School District has generously committed to resurfacing the pool, the pool deck, and replacing one diving board in the summer of 2025. However, additional upgrades are essential to ensure the safety and quality of our swimming and diving meets and we are happy to report that 100% of the funds raised will go directly towards our demonstrated needs, which include:
- Replace the often-malfunctioning scoreboard: $30,000
- Resurface the worn starting blocks and logo with the "A": $
11,000 - Warming implement for divers:
$5,000 - Starting block wedges with the spear logo: $14,000
- Paint and refurbish pool area:
$20,000 - Upgrade timing system hardware and software: $10,
000 - Training Gear Power Towers: $5,000
- Video equipment for both divers and Swimmers: $5,000
TOTAL FUNDING REQUIRED: $75,
To reach our goal of raising $75,000+, we’re asking for every athlete (Varsity and JV swimmers, and divers) to submit a list of their top 20 supporters with email addresses and phone numbers to help us spread the word. Our goal is for each athlete to raise a minimum of $600 - just $30 per e-mail address. Please use the following form https://forms.gle/
