Greetings AHS Varsity Girls Swim Team!

An email has been sent to all parents and athletes in regards fundraising efforts.  My hope is that the varsity swim team is the first group to successfully enter 20 email addresses each into the Google Form https://forms.gle/D4jRTvLwYgj4oquj7.  We will spend some time at Monday afternoon practice entering email addresses so please come prepared.  

Varsity Swimming Practice Schedule this week:

Monday - 8:00 - 10:30am - Swim then lift

Monday - 3:30 - 5:00pm - Swim 

Tuesday - 8:00 - 10:00am - Brief dryland then swim

Wednesday - Off

Thursday - 8:00 - 10:30am - Swim then lift

Thursday - 3:30 - 5:00pm - Swim 

Friday - 8:00 - 10:00am - Brief dryland then swim

Saturday - 7:00 - 9:45am - Swim then dryland circuit
