Greetings AHS Varsity Swimmers!

A couple of scheduling changes/reminders for the week:

On Monday, January 6 Varsity will be practicing from 8:00 - 10:00am. This is a change.

Because of Tuesday's meet vs. Regis Jesuit we will move morning practice from Tuesday at 6:10am to Wednesday at 7:10am we will lift then swim.
