Greetings AWSDT!

The Heat Sheet for tomorrow's Arapahoe Invitational is attached. Much like the relay meet, this meet is being terribly underattended.  The swimming portion of the competition will be done by about 10:45am.  Regardless of the size of the meet I am looking forward to some fast swimming and a fun day!

Here is the anticipated timeline for the day:

7:30 - pool doors open
7:45 - swim warm up begins (we can split pool)
8:55 - clear pool
9:00 - 1st swim events begin
10:45 - final swim event ends
Approx 11:15 - dive warm up begins

We will take 15 minutes after the 50 free and a few other breaks to slow the meet and allow the girls time to recover.
