Greetings AWSDT!

The tentative line up and relay report for tomorrow's Cherry Creek meet is attached.  Changes are likely and will be communicated individually.

Please note - in order to compete, ImPACT concussion testing must be done for some swimmers.  I am waiting for an updated list from our athletic trainer and will distribute information individually when I get it.  Generally, freshman and juniors take the short on-line assessment, which is good for two years.

All swimmers should report to the pool immediately after school and be prepared to get in for warmups precisely at 3:50. We will warm up until 4:20 and then have a brief team meeting.  Cherry Creek will warm up from 4:20 - 4:50 and the meet will start at 5:00.  AHS has no divers again this year so we will just be taking a 15-minute break after the 50 free.  Cherry Creek divers will dive after the last swimming race.  All athletes need to be dressed in AHS gear and have appropriate deck snacks and water for the meet.  Plan to stay for the entire swimming meet - we will do a team warm down after the 400 free relay and then the swimmers will help clean up and put away gear.  I expect the swimming portion of the meet to be over by 7:00pm.
