Please note - Thursday's meet at Heritage will begin at 4:30pm.  AHS will warm up from 3:55 - 4:25. Plan to arrive before Heritage dismisses at 3:35.  The traffic becomes a nightmare at precisely 3:35.

Results from Saturday's Coaches Invite are attached.  I am so proud of our team!  We finished as the 8th place 5A team, up from 15th place in 2024.  Our 316-point total was near exactly double last year's point total.  Congratulations team!  Keep working hard and getting better every day!

Monday, March 23 - 8:00 - 10:30 am (lift/swim) and 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Tuesday, March 24 - 8:00 - 10:00 am

Wednesday, March 25 - 8:00 - 10:00 am

Thursday, March 26 - 8:00 - 10:30 am (lift/swim) and 3:30 - 5:00 pm

Friday, March 27 - 8:00 - 10:00 am

Saturday, March 28 - No practice
