Greetings AWSDT!

Our swim meet tomorrow vs. Littleton will begin at 4:30. AHS will warm up from 4:05 - 4:25.  We have requested a 3:15pm early release from school and will not have bus transportation.  Spectators will not be permitted into the building until 4:00pm.  LHS releases at 3:35. Littleton charges for swim meets and the on-line ticket link is attached.

Because of our meet tomorrow we will move Tuesday morning practice to Wednesday -  we will lift from 7:00 - 7:40 and swim from 7:40 - 8:40.

Here is some information from LHS regarding tomorrow's meet:

• Teams, Officials and Spectators will be required to enter through the 'POOL ENTRANCE' located on the south-facing side of the main building.
• It is located at the southeast corner of the main building, right off of Littleton Blvd.
• Please park in the East (Stadium) Lot upon arrival.
• The doors will open to teams and officials ONLY at 3:35pm.
• SPECTATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING UNTIL 4PM!
• Littleton will warm-up first from 3:45-4:05pm.
• Arapahoe will warm-up second from 4:05-4:25pm.
• The meet will start at 4:30pm.
• Littleton will use odd lanes and Arapahoe will use even lanes throughout the meet.
• Diving will take place after the 50 Free.
• The dive well is open for warm-up/cool down after the diving portion of the meet has concluded.
• Arapahoe will be seated in the first 3 rows of the east end of the bleachers (this will be marked).
• Visiting teams are NOT allowed to hang posters/banners/team signage at all.
• Arapahoe will be assigned to the Boys locker room and Littleton will be assigned to the Girls locker room.
• Officials and Coaches may use the bathroom located in my office.
• Spectators MUST use the bathrooms located in the Athletic Hallway.
• I will have hard copies of the meet program for all coaches, officials and team managers.
