Girls & Boys Swim Parents:

Volunteers from each Booster Club at Arapahoe are asked to set up and run a game for After Prom. The Boys & Girls Swim Booster Club is in charge of Axe Throwing. 

Friday, May 2 - Set up should only take about 1-2 hours, but the After Prom committee needs TONS of general help that night so if you are able, please help with other tasks as well.

Saturday, May 3 - it’s about a 4 hour commitment. Doors open for students at 12am and are done at 4am. Shifts can be split if people don’t want to be there for 4 hours.

If you are helping run the game, please come to an Art/Work Night on Tuesday or Wednesday from 6:30-8:30.

Sunday, May 4 - Clean Up is also a great opportunity for people to help that don’t like to stay up late
