There have been some minor changes to these documents from what the team saw yesterday at practice so please review carefully.

Tonight's meet will start at 5:00pm and should be finished by 6:30.  AHS will warm up from 3:50 - 4:20pm and have a team meeting in the locker room at 4:40.
