This message is for swimmers who are competing at A Leagues.

Tomorrow, Saturday, April 26 our practice schedule will look like this:

STATE QUALIFIED SWIMMERS - 7:00 - 9:15 am.  Swimming and a small bit of dryland

A LEAGUE QUALIFIED SWIMMERS - 7:00 - 9:00am.  Lift with Coach Greg and then swim.

All swimmers are encouraged to go to Grandview after practice to support their teammates who will be competing at B Leagues!
