What an unbelievable session today!  I was so proud of the way every single Warrior competed today!

We warm up from 1:00 - 1:30 tomorrow.  Our warm up is followed immediately by a 20 minute general warm up period. Please be at the pool by 12:40.

1:30-1:50 STARTS 1-3, CIRCLE SWIM/PACE 4-8
