Greetings AWSDT!

I hope everyone is having a great first week of official practice!  We are off to a strong start with well over 80 girls registered to represent Arapahoe High School on the swimming and diving team!!!  I am super excited to announce that we retained all of our coaches from last season and added Coach Jenny Wait to the varsity coaching staff.  I worked with Jenny for 9 years at The Colorado STARS swim team and she is now the Head Coach of ROCK Swimming - which is a year-round club team in Castle Rock.  She also has extensive high school coaching experience as both a head coach and assistant!  We are very lucky to have her!!!

Today after school is Impact concussion testing for all Freshman and Juniors who swim varsity, JV, or dive.  Please report to the training room with Kyle the trainer immediately after school.  We will announce a make-up, as necessary, at a later time.  This test gives each athlete a "baseline" reading that can be referenced for future testing in the event of head trauma.
