Greetings Varsity Swimmers!

The Psych Sheet for Saturday's Coaches Invite (The REX) is attached!

Please note that unless you have a special circumstance, all swimmers are expected to ride the bus with the team to the meet in the morning (5:45am load at the AHS pool), and home with the team in the evening (approximately a 6:00pm return to AHS).  This meet is typically a very strong and valuable team bonding opportunity. Our boosters have put together lunch order forms for all swimmers and coaches, and reserved a room at the Trails Rec Center for us to do a gift exchange and "chill" for a bit off the pool deck and out of the building between prelims and finals.  A HUGE thanks to our boosters for putting that all together.

For our Varsity swimmers not swimming at Coaches, there will be a Saturday morning practice from 8:00 - 9:30am with Coach Jerry!

And one final note... Friday's practice was announced earlier today as 2:00 - 4:00pm, but we will likely be done by 3:30.
