I hope everyone has been enjoying their break and are ready to get back to some swimming and diving!

Reminder that we have added the Craven Classic swim meet for all swimmers that did not qualify for Coaches Invite, on Friday, January 2.  Meet Information is attached!  There will be no bus transportation to or from this meet.  Sorry for that inconvenience.

Varsity Swimming Practice Schedule this week:

Monday- 7:30 - 9:30am - Brief dryland then swim

Tuesday - 7:30 - 9:30am - Lift then swim

Tuesday - 3:30 - 5:00pm - Swim

Wednesday - 7:30 - 9:30am - Brief dryland then swim

Thursday - Off

Friday - 7:30 - 9:30am - Lift then swim

Friday - 3:30 - 5:00pm - Swim

Saturday - 7:30 - 10:15am - Swim then dryland circuit
