Happy New Year!

I just wanted to send a few schedule reminders.  

#1 - If you are swimming in the Craven Classic today, you do not need to come to either varsity swimming practice today... AM or PM

#2 - Saturday morning, we will practice from 7:30 - 10:00am.  We will swim from 7:30 - 9:30 and finish workout with dryland.

#3 - Monday, we will practice from 7:30 - 9:30am.

#4 - Since we have a meet next Tuesday at Regis Jesuit, that morning practice will slide to Wednesday.
