Greetings AWSDT!

The Psych Sheet for this weekend's Centennial A League Championships is attached.  Also attached are the AHS Entry Report and Relay Report.  The Relay Report is a bit confusing with alternates.  We spoke at length today at practice and the girls should all know which relays they are swimming.  In short - with the exception of the 200 Medley Relay A & B, relay alternates will only be used in case of emergency.

More information will be coming throughout the week.
