Greetings AWSDT!

The tentative meet line up and relay report for tomorrow night's rivalry meet at Heritage is attached. There are changes to what was presented at practice yesterday.  Tomorrow's meet will start at 5:00pm, Arapahoe will warm up from 4:20 - 4:50.  Please plan to be at Heritage by 4:00.  Be sure to eat a healthy snack and drink water after school and consider bringing deck snacks for during the meet.

Because of tomorrow's meet at Heritage there will be no Varsity practice Friday morning.  Saturday morning practice for Varsity will be a lift/swim combo from 7:30 - 10:00am.
