Here is the ticket link for tomorrow's Coaches Invite in Arvada.  Be sure to purchase tickets in advance!  2026 Dick Rush Memorial HS Coaches Swim-Dive Invitational - Swimming and Diving - Mar 21, 2026.  The Psych Sheet is attached.

A huge thanks to both our Boosters who will be providing lunch for all AHS athletes and coaches at tomorrow's meet, and team managers who have put the order together.  Swimmers received a link to order lunch and should have it completed.

Our AHS swimmers who are competing at USA Swimming Sectional Championship next week are being permitted to scratch their finals events to support their ongoing taper.  Other swimmers who qualify to finals will be expected to compete.  The top 30 swimmers will advance to finals - we anticipate a lot of finals scratches at the meet from all teams, so please be thorough when assessing finals scenarios.  Swimmers who do not qualify for finals are highly encouraged to stick around and support their teammates.  We expect finals to be concluded around 5:30pm.

SATURDAY SCHEDULE:

6:30am - Arvada Aquatics Center doors open

7:00am - Warmups begin (swimmers competing in the 200 Medley Relay, 200 free, 200 IM, and 50 free should plan to get in at or near 7:00.  Others can talk to coaches about the best strategy)

8:30am - Prelims begin

11:30am - Approximate prelims end

2:30pm - Warmups begin

3:30pm - Finals begin

5:30pm - Approximate finals end
