The Heat Sheet for tonight's 5:00 HOME MEET vs. Cherokee Trail is attached!  There are a couple of minor changes from what was presented at last night's practice.

All competing athletes should plan to head to the pool immediately after school.  We will warm up at precisely 3:50pm.

Thanks to all of our volunteers for scrambling to accommodate the change of venue for this meet.  While hosting meets is a hassle, it is nice to compete in our 8 lane pool, which allows us 33% more competitive opportunities.
