Greetings AWSDT!

Thanks to all of our parent volunteers who have helped get our team outfitted, fed, and ready for this weekend's CHSAA 5A Boys Swimming & Diving Championships!  Here is some important information for all our guys that are competing!

Everyone competing on Friday has been called out for a 10:39am early release to allow them time to finish shaving, eat a healthy lunch, get their heads ready to race, and travel up to VMAC. Please be on site by 3:15, our assigned entry time is 3:25pm, warmups begin at 3:30, the competition pool closes at 4:45pm and the meet starts at 5:00pm.  I estimate that the prelims session on Friday should be finished at about 7:30pm. On Saturday, we will be offering a "shake out" swim at AHS from 8:00 - 8:30am.  The Saturday afternoon schedule is identical to Friday: 3:15 arrive, 3:25 enter, 3:30 warmups, 4:45 pool closes, and 5:00 finals begin.  Athletes who do not make it back to finals are asked to come on Saturday and support their teammates!
