SCHEDULE:

Friday, February 3, 2023.

3:30 pm-5:15 pm – Swimming warm-up (warm-up schedule will be based on entries and released after all entries are received.)

4:30 pm – Coaches meeting in room Room W1875 near the school gym

5:30 pm – Preliminary swimming meet start

Saturday, February 4, 2023,

7:00 am - 8:50 am – Diving warm-up

8:00 am - Coaches meeting - last chance to change dive entries

9:00 am – Diving prelims begin

1:30 pm – 2:45 pm – Swimming and Diving warm-up

2:20 pm – Coaches meeting in the pool office

3:00 pm – Finals begins – Diving will follow the 50 Free

***After each “finals” heat, the participant in the competition lane will be entitled to a three (3) minute recovery period. At the conclusion of this recovery period, the awards ceremony will proceed to the next event.

ADMISSION:
Adults $5.00 per session

Students with ID $5.00 per session

Spirit Squad members in uniform admitted free

Spectators must pay with cash or check. Credit cards will be accepted.

COACH MEETING

Prelims 4:30 pm – Room W1875 - located in the trophy hallway near the main gym. Saturday/finals

Finals Coaches meeting - 2:30 pm - meet in the swimming pool office

WARM UPS:

First Warm-up: 3:40 - 4:10 pm Arapahoe, Mullen

Second Warm-up: 4:10 - 4:40 pm Cherry Creek, Smoky Hill

Third Warm-up: 4:40 - 5:10 pm Eaglecrest Cher. Trail, Grandview, Overland

OPEN WARM-UP 5:10 – 5:25 pm
