Varsity swim practice start:
- 2:30 to 4:40 pm (approximately)
Swim for two hours.

Girls Swim & Dive Team Strength Training Program UPDATE!

Warriors girls swim and dive team are offering a strength training program for
both the preseason and in season. The cost will be between $175-200 per athlete
for this program.
Here is the schedule:
Pre-season
(starting Oct. 17 and ending Nov. 10)
Tuesdays:
7-8am
Fridays:
4-5pm
